About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented professional to join our dental team as a Front Desk Administrator and Marketing Coordinator.
This position plays a key role in ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience — both over the phone and in the office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients warmly in person and over the phone.

• Manage scheduling, patient records, and follow-ups.

• Convert phone and walk-in inquiries into scheduled appointments.

• Track and follow up with potential patients and leads.

• Assist with marketing initiatives — social media posts, local outreach, and referral tracking.

• Maintain organization in daily operations, patient communications, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication; well-spoken and confident.

• Strong phone and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized and dependable with great attention to detail.

• Proactive with following up and ensuring no patient opportunity is missed.

• Comfortable using computer systems, CRM tools, and basic marketing software.

• Dental experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person with strong people and organizational skills!
